Ingredients:

Overnight
oats

  • 1/2 cup old -fashion rolled oats

  • Blank Chocolate Bar to your desired dosage (we recommend Strawberry, Banana or Blackberry)

  • 1 tbsp Nut Butter (we like Almond)

  • 3/4 cup choice of milk

  • Fruit and/or Chopped Nuts

  • 1-2 tsp 100% Maple Syrup (more or less to taste)

Directions:

  • Combine the oats and chopped Blank Chocolate.

  • Add a splash of the milk and mix the nut butter into the oats and chocolate. Then add the rest of the milk, maple syrup and stir to combine.

  • Top with your fruit and/or nuts of choice.

  • Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight, or up to 3 days. When you’re ready to serve, add a drizzle of maple syrup and enjoy chilled.
